Byte Cafe is an all-you-care-to-eat dining hall located in Montgomery Hall, home of the School of Digital Media and the School of Entertainment Arts. This project was a part of Phase III for the design-build project of Montgomery Residence Hall that included the renovation to the Montgomery Hall Cafe, the addition of a sushi bar, and structural renovation to an existing warehouse.

Pinyan provided design-build project management and construction supervision for all of the Phase III work. The construction schedule for the Byte Cafe and the sushi bar was aggressive in order to open in time for fall classes. The Pinyan team completed the work ahead of schedule and within budget.
