Gulfstream Research & Development Center III

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation designs manufactures and services the world’s most technologically advanced business-jet aircraft. The Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation’s Research and Development Center III project consisted of complete interior demolition and renovation of 232,000 square feet of existing office and production space converted into research and development use. The project included the addition of pedestrian bridges, corporate lobby space, and chiller systems. The building was occupied during renovations which lasted 15 months and were completed in March 2012.
