Burnett Hall is one of the eight original buildings of Armstrong Atlantic University (now Georgia Southern) and was constructed when Armstrong’s Southside Campus was completed in 1965. The 2005 renovation provided the structure necessary to once again make Burnett Hall the centerpiece of the administration at the Armstrong Campus. The project consisted of a complete interior demolition of an existing structure to accommodate the offices of the President and Vice President. The renovation also provided smart classrooms with state-of-the-art technology, meeting spaces, faculty offices, and conference rooms.
